You can cancel a booking using the following procedure:

  1. Use the Calendar to select the booking.
  2. Click on the Cancel Booking link under Common Tasks to display the following form.

  1. Select whether you want to mark the booking as cancelled (so that you still have a record of it) or permanently delete it.
  2. Click the OK button to confirm the action.

Are cancelled bookings automatically invoiced?

No. Cancelled bookings are not automatically invoiced. If a cancellation charge is to be made you will need to raise a manual invoice.
