To send an email asking for help with using Booking Pro you can use either the Email Support option on the Help menu or the Click here to request support by email option on any error message to display the following form.

If you use Microsoft Office Outlook (but not Microsoft Outlook Express) to send emails then pressing the Send Using MS Outlook button will automatically create an email message ready for you to send.
If you don't use Microsoft Outlook then please send the email as follows:
1. Open a new email message using your email software.
2. Use the To, Subject, Attachment and Message fields from the above form to complete your new email message before sending it. To make it easier for you to do this you can use the button marked
at the end of each field to copy the text to the keyboard. You can then use your email software to Paste the text into the corresponding field in your email message.
3. Use the Send option on your new email message to send the message.
