You can enter the dates of your holidays into the calendar and Booking Pro will then warn you if any bookings fall on one of those dates. This is particularly useful when taking regular bookings when it might not be obvious that one of the dates falls on a day when you might not be able to take the booking.

You can enter your holiday dates as follows:

1. Click the Calendar button on the toolbar to select the Calendar page.

2. Click the Add Holiday Date task to display the following form.

What are the holiday dates used for?

The dates are used when adding a booking to check if any of the dates fall within a holiday period. If they do then a warning message is displayed to remind you to check if the Hirer is permitted to use the facilities during the holidays.

How do I change or remove a holiday date?

To change a holiday date select the date on the Calendar page and click the View Date Booked task. You can then make any changes you require before clicking the OK button to update the calendar. To remove the holiday from your calendar click the Delete button.
