You can enter notes for a Hirer or Facility by clicking the Add or Modify buttons on the  Hirer or Facility forms. This displays the following form.

This form should be completed as follows:

  1. Enter a Subject for the note and then press Tab to enter the details of the note in the following field.
  2. If you want a reminder to be displayed check the Set Reminder checkbox and select one of the following options:
    - Select the Remind option if you want to remind a particular User on a particular date
    - Select the All Users when adding a booking option if you want all Users to be reminded when they add a booking for the corresponding Facility or Hirer.
  3. Click the OK button to save the Note

When should I use a note?

You can add a note to record any information you might want to record about a Hirer or Facility. For example:

For a Hirer:
- You could add a note to record special prices that have been agreed with the Hirer. You can then request a reminder to be displayed when adding a booking so that any User adding a booking for the Hirer knows about the special prices.
- You could add a note to request a reminder on a particular date to remind you to check some details with a Hirer.

For a Facility
- You could add a note to display a reminder when adding a booking to remind the User to check some particular details of the booking such as whether or not refreshments are required or whether or not lighting is required on a football pitch.
