The Calendar page, as shown below, is used to enter and maintain bookings. It is displayed by clicking the Calendar button on the toolbar.

You can display a different day by selecting the required date using the date selector on the right of the form or show just certain facilities using the facility selector.

From the Calendar page you can do the following:

• Enter bookings
• View bookings using the Calendar
• Print booking confirmations
• Cancel an individual booking
• Add a holiday date

Why are some bookings highlighted using bold, italics and strike-through?

Bookings are highlighted to draw your attention to important information as follows:

• A booking highlighted in bold indicates that it is currently taking place.
• A booking highlighted in italics indicates that it has already taken place.
• A booking highlighted in strike-through indicates that it has been cancelled.
