| Managing Hirers |
The Hirers page, as shown below, is used to maintain information about Organisations who hire your facilities. It is displayed by clicking the Hirers button on the toolbar.

From the Hirer page you can do the following:
How can I search for a particular Hirer/group of Hirers?
The easiest way to find an individual Hirer is to enter their name (or part of it) or that of the primary contact in the Look for box and press the Find Now button. The list of Hirers will then show any matching Hirers. If you want to group Hirers together then you can use the Category on the Hirer form and then use the dropdown on the Look for box to select the group of Hirers you are interested in.
Why are some Hirers highlighted in red?
Hirers highlighted in red indicate that their insurance expiry date as passed and that you should contact them to ensure that they have renewed it. The new renewal date should be entered on their Hirer form.
Can I do a mail merge to Hirers?
You can start a mail merge using Booking Pro and Microsoft Word using the Start Mail Merge task on the Hirer page. For more information on mail merging please click here.
