IMPORTANT: Before setting up your price list please read the information provided here.
Prices bands are closely related to the types of Hirer you have (e.g. adult, junior, concession, charity) and are maintained using the Manage Price Bands task on the Price List to display the following form.
You can use the price list form to do the following:
- Click the Add button to add a new price band
- Click the Rename button to change the name of the selected price band
- Click the Delete button to remove the selected price band.
- Click the Set As Default button to change the default price band to the selected price band. This default is then used when adding Hirers.
When you have made your changes clicking on the OK button will close the form and return to the Price List.
When are changes to price bands saved?
Changes to price bands are only saved when you save the price list by clicking on the Save button on the Price List form.
What happens when I delete a price band?
When you save the Price List after deleting a price band any hirers and bookings on that price band are changed to the new default price band. In addition the bookings are changed to "special prices" and will no longer have their price updated when you change the price list.
