Pricing Defaults are maintained as follows:
- Open the Options Wizard and select the Price Bands page using either the "Next" button or by clicking the "Pricing Defaults" link in the list of pages

- If you offer insurance cover at an extra charge then enter the charge you make as a percentage of the nett cost of the booking. As a result if a Hirer elects to use your insurance rather than arranging their own a charge will be automatically added to any automatically generated invoices.
- If you charge the first few hours of each booking at a different rate to subsequent hours enter the number of hours charged at the initial rate.
- When you have finished making any changes you can either click "Next" to display the VAT Rates or click the "Finish" button to save any changes you have made.
How do I change the price bands used by Booking Pro?
Price bands are maintained using the Manage Price Bands task on the Price List.
