You can print receipts as follows:
- Select the Accounts page by clicking on the Accounts button on the toolbar.
- Click on the Print Receipts link in the task list to display the Print Receipts form

- Complete the form as follows:
- From: Enter the date you want to start printing receipts for.
- To: Enter the date up to which you want to print receipts.
- Click the OK button to initiate the printing of the receipts. This will load Microsoft Word and automate a mail merge to produce one page for each receipt within the date range you entered.
How can I print a single receipt?
Select the receipt you want to print on the Accounts page and click the View Receipt link in the task list. This will open a Receipt form. You can then click the Print Receipt link in the task list to print the open document.
