To produce a report using Booking Pro click on the Reports icon on the toolbar to display the Open Report form show below:

This form is used as follows:

  1. Highlight in the list the report you would like to open and click on the Open button. The requested report will then be displayed as show below:

  1. To print this report click on the Print Report link in the task list.
  2. When you have finished with the report you can either select a different report by clicking on the Open Report link in the task list or clicking the Close button to close the Reports form.

Can I transfer the report's data to Microsoft Excel?

Yes. Instead of printing the report in step 2 click on the Send to Excel link in the task list. This will automatically load Microsoft Excel and create a worksheet containing the report data.

Can I change the data included in the report?

Yes. Clicking the Change Selection  link in the task list it will display a Selection Criteria form as show below:

This form is used as follows:

  1. Use the dropdown list under Field to choose the field you want to select on.
  2. Select the Condition you want to apply.
  3. Type the Value you want to compare the field against.
  4. Click the Add to List button to add the selection to the list of criteria at the top of the form.
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 for each criteria you want to apply and then click the OK button to redisplay the report.

Can I save a copy of a report to a file?

Yes. To save a copy of the report to a file select the Save Report option under Other Tasks. This will allow you to save the report in one of the following formats: Adobe Acrobat, Web Page or Rich Text.
