The easiest way to find an item on a page (e.g. a booking, hirer, invoice) is to select the corresponding page, type your search value into Look for box and click Find Now. This will restrict the list of items to just those containing the search value you entered. Clicking Clear will clear the search value and display all items in the selected date range.

N.B. On the Calendar page clicking Find Now only lists bookings between the selected dates.

How do I list outstanding items on the Accounts page?

On the Accounts page you can select from preset search criteria from a drop down list of values including "Outstanding Items" which just lists any invoices, credit notes, receipts and refunds where the Amount Due column is not zero.
