When you set up a reminder on the Notes form they are displayed using the following form.

This form is displayed under the following circumstances:
- If you have any Notes with date based reminders which are due the Reminder form is automatically displayed when you sign on to Booking Pro. You can also display the Reminder form by selecting the View Reminders task on the Calendar page to show you if you have any reminders outstanding.
- If you add a booking for a Hirer or Facility which has any Notes with reminders set to display when a booking is added.
This form is used as follows:
- Selecting one of the reminders in the list automatically displays the details of the Selected Reminder.
- No further options are available for reminders displayed when adding a booking. However for date-based reminders you can choose one of the following options:
- Select an interval from the drop-down and click the Snooze button to defer the reminder until a later time.
- Click the Dismiss button to prevent the reminder from being displayed again. - To close the Reminder form click the
button.
What should I do if I accidentally dismiss a reminder?
When you dismiss a reminder, the reminder on the corresponding note is cleared, so if you accidentally dismiss a reminder simply open the corresponding Hirer or Facility form and modify the note to set a new reminder.
